La casse de petits objets ou vaisselle sans valeur est toléré et ne seront pas déduits de la caution.
Les événements et regroupements festifs et tardifs sont strictement interdits sauf autorisation expresse du propriétaire pour les événements professionnels avec ambiance musicale modérée.
Il est formellement interdit de fumer à l'intérieur du logement.
Nos amis les animaux ne sont pas autorisés sauf autorisation expresse (nous consulter).
L'accès pour les fauteuils est possible et le logement est de de plain-pied. Seule une marche sur le perron à l'entrée ne rend pas le logement "Accès Pmr" complet. Les sanitaires ne sont pas équipés non plus mais possiblement accessibles aux Pmr (nous consulter pour précisions)
